Unnecessary AdGuard VPN notifications in Windows notification panel

Which DNS server do you use?

Issue Details

There should be no any AG VPN notifications in Windows notification panel after the app's start.

Expected Behavior

AG VPN notification shouldn't appear in Windows notification panel.

Actual Behavior

Notifications appear after the app's start.
