Issue Description: On the All CELTS Training, All Volunteer Training, and Weekly Labor Meeting event creation forms, the required fields Term, Start Time, and End Time are missing the red asterisk that indicates the field is required.
The required-field indicator should be added consistently across all three forms so users can clearly identify which fields must be completed before submitting the form.
Expected Behavior: The Term, Start Time, and End Time labels should display a red asterisk (*) on the following event creation forms:
All CELTS Training
All Volunteer Training
Weekly Labor Meeting
The asterisk should use the same required-field styling already used elsewhere in CELTS.
