Nav tiles: When suggestion box is open, tapping anywhere else should dismiss suggestion box

It is possible to get stuck in a scenario where the suggestion box does not disappear. It is hard to see in the GIF but i am tapping on the whitespace in the Settings dashboard to try and close the suggestion box
