关于 xeCJK 的文档 xunicode-symbols.pdf 文件编译中缺少部分字符的问题？

在 windows11 上运行 l3build install --full的时候，对于xeCJK这个宏包，发现生成 xunicode-symbols.pdf 出现部分字符缺失的现象。日志如下：

源码与 CI 配置详情

1. 主字体版本差异

CI release 构建安装的是 Ubuntu 的 fonts-freefont-ttf 包（release.yml L128），该版本的 FreeSerif 覆盖了 U+3251–325F、U+32B1–32BF 等区段。pre-release 里这些字符由 FreeSerif 直接渲染（\tex_iffontchar:D 返回真，不触发 fallback），所以在 PDF 中显示为 FreeSerif 字形。

如果本地 Windows 安装的 FreeSerif 版本/来源不同，可能缺少这些字符——此时 \tex_iffontchar:D 返回假，触发 fallback。

2. Fallback 优先级

fallback 选择逻辑（xeCJK.dtx L15014–15018）：

两层叠加：FreeSerif 自身不覆盖 → fallback 到 Segoe UI Symbol → Segoe UI Symbol 也不覆盖 → Missing character。

之前分析的偏差

第二次回复中正确指出了 fallback 优先级问题，但遗漏了"FreeSerif 版本差异"这一层——即 pre-release 之所以能用 FreeSerif 渲染这些字符，是因为 CI 上的 FreeSerif 版本覆盖更全，并非因为 fallback 机制不同。

解决方案
