Document the local-first privacy model

Description

One of Modulaq’s main principles is processing files locally in the browser whenever possible. This issue tracks documentation improvements around that privacy model.

Scope

• Explain which tools process files locally.
• Clarify that current browser-based tools do not require uploading files to a Modulaq backend.
• Document limitations of local/browser-based processing.
• Add clear wording for users handling PDFs or other local files.
• Explain when future API-based workflows may be considered.
• Keep the explanation simple, honest and transparent.

Make Modulaq’s privacy-first approach easier to understand for users, contributors and reviewers.
