What licence is your code available under?

I am a developer for the free open source (GPL) licenced epub editor called Sigil. We have recently added simple image editing to the Sigil editor for epub image files. It is currently limited to rotate left, rotate right, cropping and scaling images.

We are thinking about adding support for some simple convolution filters similar to what you have done here and would like to use parts of your code in a future version of Sigil but can not without a compatible opensource licence.

Is this repository code available under any opensource licence like the MIT licence, or LGPL or GPL licence?

Hi, thank you for the interest in my project; the repository is available under no licence at all, but it will be kind to add an attribution to the repository if you wish to use it in your project. Other than that you can do whatever you want with it.
