The first time window maximize doesn't work correctly. (NOT ALT+F9)

Steps to reproduce

1. Start "FarManager". (1st screen shot)
2. Click "Maximize" - all broken. (2nd screenshot)
3. Click "Maximize" again - to return to size back. (1st screenshot)
4. Click "Maximize" again - all well. (3rd screenshot)

Expected behavior

Correct resize.

Actual behavior

Resize is broken.

Virtual Terminal is unsightly and updates slowly.
I run 6687 and from Far run 3.0.5757.0 - maximize without "Use Virtual Terminal for rendering" work well.
I tested a clean run of 3.0.5757.0 and maximize - everything works fine.
This bug only occurs when maximizing a window for the first time in version 6687 (as well as in the latest version Far30b6666.x64.20260324).

Also found strange resize after maximize and press ESC:

1. Remove the workaround for WT-17833.
   The bug existed only in Preview and only from 1.22.2362.0 (2024/08/27) till 1.22.2702.0 (2024/09/28), 
so it should be safe to do so.

2. I don't see any big changes when comparing
   Far30b5968 without Virtual rendering VS Far30b6687 with Virtual rendering
