New Feature - Vanilla images

We now have vanilla images, not based on the patched mpd version compiled using mpd-compiler-docker.
The resulting images are identified by the vanilla string in the tag names.
Please note that due to a mistake, some images contained the string vanila instead of vanilla. Those images will be deleted.
