Gene List Manager - use genes as search terms to find lists

One very nice feature that I think has been requested before is to be able to filter gene lists by a gene. This will be more involved, as unweighted lists reference genes directly in the database and weighted lists reference genes in a flatfile. This can be useful for specific research or patterns
