New Release

Hello all!

I'll be cutting a new major release of Thunderdome sometime soon. It's a major release due to the MSRV bump only and contains no breaking changes but a number of cleanups.

If there are any changes that you'd like to see in the release, especially ones that might break compatibility, please let me know here!

Thanks a lot for this.

It would be nice to have the following:

• Serde support;
• Removal of unsafe code;
• Values-only iterator;
• Maybe Entry API, given that a generational arena is similar to a map in some ways.
