On https://freesound.org/tickets/moderation/assigned/[myID]/ #0:14 style tags are displayed as plaintext but on sound pages they are playback time-anchor links.
It would be nice to be able to see them as anchor links, so we see in the UI whether they are correctly formatted and to be able to jump to the time codes.
