migrate portfolio from Jekyll to Astro Nano

BIG PUSH DONT BREAK
Replace Hydejack/Jekyll with Astro Nano. Two-column sticky sidebar with skill highlight interactivity. Port all 8 projects, 3 blog posts, 4 work entries as content collections. Add GitHub Actions deploy workflow. Restore point at tag: jekyll-final.
