[Issue]: Can't set up temperature, top_p and other float parameters for the model

Summary

When I try to setup Default Chat Parameters -> Use custom defaults for OpenAI compatible connection
fields don't accept values like 0.8 - it's accept only integers like 8. Don't mater if I try to use 0.8 or 0,8 - it's just don't accept them.

Expected behavior

To be able to set up float values in the fields.

Actual behavior

0,8 truncating to 0, 1,2 to 1.

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to enter float value.
2. Click anywhere outside field.

Environment

• Marinara Engine version: 2.3.1
• Install type: docker
• OS + version: Manjaro Linux current.
• Browser or app shell: Vivaldi Current.
