Hi, when a player is muted, using LiteBans, it's not possible to use chestshops, because LiteBans cancels the chat event using ProtocolLib, before it can be processed by any other plugins.

Even with force-bukkit-chat-handler and ignore-cancel-chat-event settings, its not possible to use shops, when the player is muted.
