Add "more note per type"

Now it's possible to create ONE note per type (per page, per domain, per global, per subdomain).
It would be nice be able to create multiple note per type, when necessary

In particular, some behaviour:

1. No notes: displayed the usual textbox (no "New note" button displayed)
2. One note: display the usual textbox with the note (displayed also the new "New note" button)
3. Multiple notes: display the full list by default, and can be displayed one detailed one per time (and the behaviour is the some of 2.) and there should be displayed also a "Back to the full list" button

Until this is implemented, could you maybe not make the extension button turn green if there's only a global note?

@rubaboo you can change the Icon behaviour in Settings 😊
