Make event's "end" property optional

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not all events has ending time and for these ones I would like to avoid setting "end" property.

Make this option obsolete and let event's height be dynamic to let show whole event's description if needed.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is none, since I'm ready to take care about this one.
