[Bug] Right Sidebar sizing is incredibly difficult.

Simply put, enabling the sidebar on the right instead of the left, the sidebar resizer still presumes you're on the left - at least that's what I presume, based on current behaviour.

Attempting to drag it to the left to make it bigger does nothing. The only way to make it bigger (without disabling the option entirely) is to try and drag it and then put my mouse off the window. This maxes out the size of the sidebar. Then, putting my mouse back on the window and dragging it around very slowly to get the desired size, as dragging it anywhere makes the size decrease, and then let go.

Step 4. How to reproduce

1. Go to Theme settings (SpaceTheme > Millenium > Themes > SpaceTheme for Steam > Configure), enable "Sidebar on right".
2. Reload Steam UI.
3. Attempt to grab the edge of the sidebar to resize.
4. Note previously described behaviour.
