Describe the bug

The material used in these screenshots has an $envmaplightscale value of 1. I used a basic setup of a dark room with the materials in question to help exaggerate the effect

  1. Have $envmaplightscale
  2. Use a dynamic light on the material

Expected Behavior

The intensity of cubemaps, as determined by $envmaplightscale, should be affected by clustered lights in the same way baked lights do
