Code Refactor

• Create smart_prep which completes all map_processing
• Given two maps, create script to run all code (incl. properties)
• Remove get_flux_emergence_rate
• Docstrings
• Function renaming (get_cosine_correction, IGM, etc.)
• Rename dB_dt and remove from folder
• Update cos_correction to be called fewer times
• Update smart_process with text also
• Change units of total_area to MH
