Show target host in copied or exported trace

When copying TXT or HTML it would be nice if it included the host that we were trying to reach.

Many times that host is not reachable, and thus it does not appear in the trace.

Copy Text/HTML to clipboard  
please add the host (hostname target),
because if it is a customer router with dynIP only the last hop of the provider appears in the trace.
please add a timestamp too,
right-aligned looks better
