✅ Issue #660: TTL Extension on Buy Transactions

  • TTL extended after successful buy
  • TTL reset (not accumulated) on subsequent buys

✅ Issue #662: Duplicate Creator Registration

  • First registration succeeds
  • Duplicate registration panics with AlreadyRegistered
  • Different wallet can register independently
  • State unchanged after duplicate attempt
  • No state mutation on panic
