Evaluate KRM/kpt function wrapper after core CLI validation

Table KRM/kpt integration until the standalone CLI proves useful on real manifests.

Deferred enhancement:

• Sketch a Kubernetes Resource Model function wrapper for Pump.
• Ensure stdin/stdout YAML stream behavior is stable first.
• Keep the core CLI independent of kpt-specific assumptions.

Current recommendation: build CLI and CI workflows first; revisit KRM/kpt only after real GitOps validation.
