I loved going back to the giant tree/town of Kuldahar in Icewind Dale as warm respite from wintery spelunking and slaying of undead hordes, and if you ever ask me about my all-time top video games Planescape: Torment is sure to come up on the short-shortlist.</description>

      <description>The most harrowing months of my work career were no doubt in the first half of 2018 in the run up to the legally required implementation date of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union. The product requirements changed if you sneezed at the wrong time, there was no room for error, and the launch date was immovable. There was a lot of work to do with too little time in which to accomplish it and many of our product testers were located in India, meaning that one of us frequently needed to be available at odd hours to help unblock them.</description>

For some activities this can be detrimental: I had to fight back my urge to spend several minutes looking up restaurant reviews when the correct course of action was to wander NYC&amp;rsquo;s K-Town and pick any of the amazing restaurants. For so much of the rest of my life though I will spend a nearly limitless amount of time digging into what the best kind of oil is to use to reseason my cast iron pans (flaxseed, but make sure it&amp;rsquo;s 100% pure), what static-site generator I should use to build my blog (hugo), or what the current best pair of IEMs can be bought with ~$40-80 (which changes at no more slowly than every 6 months).</description>

Amazon forced some portion of its customers to reset their passwords around Black Friday 2015. Over 30 million Ashley Madison accounts&amp;rsquo; details were leaked last summer including a plethora of personal details in addition to passwords. Back in 2013, more than 130 million Adobe user names, emails, encrypted (but unsalted) passwords, and clear-text password hints (do not ever use real password hints) were loosed upon the internet.</description>
