Provide an option to generate ArgoCD application using mta plugin based on the Helm Chart itself or deployment yamls without actually installing it.

Today, mta plugin refers the installed helm release and then generate the application from that.
I was looking for a way to generate the application from the helm chart itself or the deployment yamls repo itself.
