Debug warning messages are written to STDERR, which can cause a CI/CD pipeline to fail as anything written to STDERR is seen as an error.
Expected Behavior
A user provides a --only-show-errors option to the CLI and no warnings will be outputted to STDERR.
Current Behavior
An operation can succeed and have a warning be outputed to STDERR.
