Adding labels to final Quarkus image

We should add the following labels to the final image produced by the Quarkus stack, to comply with the best practices recommendation from Red Hat, which are checked in their certification process. Not a requirement from Appsody, but would be great to comply with this (makes the image more self descriptive).

name: Name of the image
vendor: Company name
version: Version of the image
release: A number used to identify the specific build for this image
summary: A short overview of the application or component in this image
description: A long description of the application or component in this image
