Create Android Scaffold

Intro

BITBOX Scaffolds let devs create $BCH apps in under a minute. Currently there is a scaffold for node, nextjs, angular and a react.

We need one for Android

Requirements

1. Drop bitbox-cli in to a webview
2. minimal required functionality to show HelloBITBOX w/ a mnemonic on the screen

4. Update bitbox-cli options to include "android"
5. Update if statement to check for android and set repo to your forked repo. I'll update it to point to EARTH's repo if/when it gets merged.

It adds the android scaffold option and points it to a minimal Android WebView scaffold repo: https://github.com/NoeFabris/bitbox-scaffold-android

Verification completed:

• CLI regression test passes
• Full npm test passes (1570 passing)
• bitbox new HelloAndroid -s android clones the scaffold and includes the WebView assets
• Scaffold npm run build:web passes
• Scaffold Android debug build passes with ./gradlew assembleDebug
