Option to delete/remove/overwrite (CV Event) intervals

Currently the CV Event Detection dialog doesn't open if intervals already exist.

Unfortunately, once intervals exist on the file, they can’t be removed / overwritten.

A way around it would be to copy the content to a new file minus Intervals (File > Save to NWB)
