启动FastGithub.UI.exe以后，本地iis的Default web site应用程序无法访问，比如配置了http://localhost/web

重现步骤

1. 启动FastGithub.UI.exe
2. 本地iis的Default web site应用程序无法访问，比如配置了http://localhost/web
3. 访问应用程序http://localhost/web 提示如下：404
   无法找到该网页
   HTTP 404
   最可能的原因是:
   •在地址中可能存在键入错误。
   •当你点击某个链接时，它可能已过期。
   你可以尝试以下操作:
   重新键入地址。
   返回到上一页。
   转到 并查找你想要的信息。
4. 关闭FastGithub.UI.exe，一切正常
5. 为啥会影响localhost呢？
