Implement MultiQC report

As demonstrated in the meeting, MultiQC provides a convenient interface for constructing reports. As it externalizes a lot of the boilerplate of report construction, it is probably more suitable for long-term maintainance than the custom report construction.

100% agree!! (but should this issue be on nf-core/drugresponseeval? Where would we implement this?)

Well, I think the python package should also be able to produce a report on its own. Maintaining both a MultiQC and a custom report does not really make sense. So I think the most elegant solution would be to implement the multiQC report in the python package and then call this in the nf-core pipeline instead of the canonical nf-core multiqc module. Otherwise, one would have to keep the multiqc reports that are produced by the pipeline and by the python package in sync, which seems quite annoying to me
