The Technical Steering Committee (TSC) is responsible for governance decisions affecting the Presidio project under the data-privacy-stack organization.
The TSC provides oversight of the project's technical direction and governance in accordance with the CHARTER.md.
The TSC shall:
- Coordinate the technical direction of the Presidio project
- Resolve disputes escalated from project maintainers
- Ensure alignment with project governance policies
- Make organization-level governance decisions when consensus cannot be reached at the project level
The following individuals have agreed to serve as members of the Technical Steering Committee for the data-privacy-stack organization in their capacity as Presidio Maintainers.

TSC members participate in governance in their capacity as project maintainers and not as representatives of any employer or vendor organization.
Membership of the TSC may be amended in accordance with the governance procedures described in the CHARTER.md.
