Include a time estimate in the setup instructions

The data download and software install and setup process can take significant time (1.5 hrs + on my system with a fast network connection and relatively fast computer [Mac]). Including estimated setup time in the setup guide (https://github.com/datacarpentry/geospatial-workshop/blob/gh-pages/setup.md) would help learners calibrate the time that they need to set aside to set up their system ahead of time, hopefully reducing the delays at the start of the workshop when the participants weren't able to get all the components installed beforehand.

@fmichonneau - what is the best way to indicate this - this lesson doesn't have episodes so the schedule doesn't really reflect @karlbenedict's point - any way to override it?

I think this issue will be moot with fresh install instructions. I'm pretty sure all that gdal stuff isn't necessary anymore.
