Fetch in function does not get the latest updates

This relates to a question I posted in Discord.
Telegram server sends update to this endpoint

update.inline_query.answer(results) ###Telegram bot still shows the old data

After some time has elapsed, the bot will show the new updated data.

This there anything from a Deta perspective or programming perspective that explains the above?

The answer is likely to be caching on Telegram ... found this in their documentation.

cache_time	int	The maximum amount of time in seconds that the result of the inline query may be cached on the server. Defaults to 300.
