Allow freight init to suppress messages

A repo may have activation scripts that run freight init every-time those activation scripts run. We may want to provide an option that suppresses the output noise. I'm not sure if we will want to suppress everything maybe just INFOs

@anthr76 Are you referring to some kind of CI process that would run freight init and you just want to suppress the stdout?

freight init --quiet

or a config file where you can adjust it? (or both)
