What all changes I need to do to use OpenAI not Groq.

Hi, I trying to make this work with OpenAI. But, it still trying to use Llama 3.1 from Groq. (Getting same Llama 3.1 deprecated error.)
I did made changes to app/config.tsx, but it is not working.
