Adds ISSUE-94 (fixed: SchemaMaker delete methods sent the wrong request
body class -- see odpi#355) and ISSUE-95 (open, Egeria Server: no catalog
template for "Apache Kafka Server" on qs-view-server, blocking Create
Kafka Server Element -- being investigated separately).

### ISSUE-95: No catalog template registered for the "Apache Kafka Server" technology type — `Create Kafka Server Element` (Asset Maker) fails with a 400 on `qs-view-server`
147
+
148
+
**Layer:** Egeria Server (deployment/archive content) · **Status:** open, being investigated by the user (2026-09-11) · **Found:** 2026-09-11, live-verifying the new Asset Maker Dr.Egeria family (#354)
returns `None` on `qs-view-server` — no catalog template is registered for
152
+
that technology type on this server — so `Create Kafka Server Element`'s
153
+
underlying `_async_create_kafka_server_element_from_template` posts a body
154
+
with `templateGUID: null` and gets back `VALIDATION_ERROR_1` ("Request body
155
+
failed validation"). Not a pyegeria code defect: every other Asset Maker
156
+
technology type tried resolved a real template GUID on the same server
157
+
(CSV Data File, PostgreSQL Server, File System Directory, YAML File Secrets
158
+
Collection, Unity Catalog Server) — this one is specific to the Kafka
159
+
technology type's archive content on this deployment. `Create Kafka Server
160
+
Element` itself is otherwise correct (parses/validates cleanly; the failure
161
+
is entirely server-side at execution).
162
+
163
+
**Ask:** confirm whether the Apache Kafka Server catalog template is
164
+
expected to ship with quickstart's default archive content, and if so, why
165
+
it's missing here — or add it to whichever archive/content-pack is meant to
166
+
carry it.

### ISSUE-94: `SchemaMaker._async_delete_schema_type`/`_async_delete_schema_attribute` sent `MetadataSourceRequestBody` — the live server's schema-maker delete endpoints reject it outright
i.e. the server's real Jackson type registry for these endpoints never
1698
+
recognized `MetadataSourceRequestBody` as a valid subtype — the `.http`
1699
+
ground truth was out of date against this server (confirmed by the user,
1700
+
who requested the fix directly rather than filing an Egeria-side issue).
1701
+
1702
+
**Fix:** switched both methods to `DeleteElementRequestBody` via the
1703
+
standard `_async_delete_element_request` helper (`cascade_delete` param
1704
+
added to both, matching every other `_async_delete_*` in this codebase);
1705
+
corrected `Egeria-api-schema-maker.http`'s two delete sections to match.
1706
+
Verified live: created a throwaway `SchemaType` and `SchemaAttribute`,
1707
+
deleted each with the default (no-body) call — both succeeded.
