Add support of Requirement inheritance in `assume constraint` compartment

Let consider a RequirementUsage requirement1 containing an assume constraint, this assume constraint should be visible inside another RequirementUsage that inherits from requirement1.

This should also be done for RequirementDefinition and all subtypes
