鼠标从元素上直接移出画布时，从鼠标移出位置进入画布并hover元素时，没有触发元素的mouseover事件。

   当元素处在画布边缘时，从元素上直接移出画布，触发了mouseout事件，但是Handler中的局部变量this._hovered没有重置，导致下一次从鼠标移出位置hover进元素时由于this._hovered和lastHovered相同无法触发mouseover事件。
   
   除了自己监听画布容器的鼠标移出事件手动调用Handler@resize重置this._hovered外，还有什么好的处理方法吗?

Looked into this and reproduced it on current .

Root cause is in : when the pointer leaves the canvas, is dispatched to the previously hovered element, but is not cleared. If the pointer then re-enters from the same position over the same element, sees the stale and does not fire again.

I opened a small fix for this:

• clear in
• add a unit test covering on the same element

Validation on my side:

• targeted repro test passes
• full unit test suite passes (, )

Reproduced on current master and opened a fix in PR #1161.

Root cause: Handler.mouseout dispatches mouseout to the previously hovered element, but the internal hovered state is not cleared. When the pointer re-enters from the same position over the same element, Handler.mousemove still sees the previous hovered target and skips mouseover.

The fix is small:

• clear the internal hovered state in Handler.mouseout
• add a unit test covering mousemove -> mouseout -> mousemove on the same element

Validation on my side:

• targeted repro test passes
• full unit test suite passes: 13/13 suites, 69/69 tests
