bitstruct prevents disabling the GIL with Python 3.14t #56

Description

@cody82

I am getting this warning when using bitstruct with Python 3.14t:

  <frozen importlib._bootstrap>:491: RuntimeWarning: The global interpreter lock (GIL) has been enabled to load module 'bitstruct.c', which has not declared that it can run safely without the GIL. To override this behavior and keep the GIL disabled (at your own risk), run with PYTHON_GIL=0 or -Xgil=0.

When setting PYTHON_GIL=0 everything works. Looking at the code it looks like the warning is unnecessary. So could it be just declared to be safe without GIL? Then I would open a PR for that.
