[TailsOS] Cannot redeem funds - "You haven't made any swaps yet"

Describe the bug
After reading the docs multiple times to be sure I had a good grasp on the process, I tried to swap some funds as a taker.
I am using the appimage on tails, since the storage is not persistent I had to add symlinks to the wallets and store them in the persistent storage.
About 30 minutes after successfully starting a swap, I shut down the computer. When rebooting 2h later, Eigenwallet had no history of the swap at all.
Using some wallet's address on a blockchain explorer website, I figured that the maker had redeemed its funds. However, no funds were added to my wallet as I lack the ability to confirm anything.
How could I confirm the swap ? For the moment, those funds are nowhere to be seen

A few things to note, I found those out while trying to reach out to someone from Eigenwallet:

• The discord invite link from the website seems to be invalid
• The matrix room seems to be locked, I can join but not send any message. I haven't seen any message there either, so it might not be the case only for me
• A bot has created a copy issue of mine on another repository ( [TailsOS] Cannot redeem funds - "You haven't made any swaps yet" Marotaa/support#49 ) prompting me to contact a support and saying the issue will be closed. It seems some scammers might be trying to do what they do best
