Project.toml version is 0.1.0-DEV — the General registry rejects pre-release suffixes; set to 0.1.0 at release.CITATION.cff incomplete — missing version, date-released, DOI; the single author has only name (no given-names / family-names / orcid). The README badge table advertises a DOI column with no DOI.NEWS.md is empty ("Nothing yet") — a first release auto-generates nothing from prior PRs, so add an initial ## 0.1.0 entry summarising the feature set.
