support for the custom API_URL

hey,
is there any way to set API_URL from "api.telegram.org/bot{0}/{1}" to "api.telegram.org/bot{0}/test/{1}" to accomplish Using bots in the test environment or to "https://mylocalbot.api" to accomplish Local Bot API Server

I guess passing test URL should work. In theory, all links with {0} & {1} should work

I've solve the problem with global

telebot.apihelper.API_URL = "https://api.telegram.org/bot{0}/{1}"
(instead api.telegram.org was my domain)
