Can we setup the app to send notifications to the user's Facebook account?

This would be an awesome feature. Could we have the app send a notification to the user's Facebook notifications button every time someone Supports, Opposes, or Comments on the user's profile?

If yes, can we have these appear as summaries rather than an individual notification each time? (Individual notifications would be annoying and probably push away users). So it says "Bob Jones and 4 others are supporting you for President." Then if Suzy Jane supported you a notification would pop up that says "Suzy Jane, Bob Jones, and 5 others are supporting you for President." So whoever most recently supported you would show up in the notification?

For comments, it would say "Suzy Jane, Bob Jones, and 2 others commented on your profile"

If those types of summary wouldn't work, what options do we have for notification summaries?
