[picker.git_log_file] Open the current file on the specific commit in different buffer

I used it in fzf-lua.

I tried, it works:)
But i have small freeze while GitSigns is opening file. And i like custom solutions:)

I also used this with fzf-lua where I would send the log to quickfix and could then look through different versions of the file in temp buffers. Would really love to see this supported in snacks!
