Comments

Hi all,

It would be nice to homogenise the comments in both the .py and .ipnby files. As far as I saw there are two different issues related to commenting:

1. Since the .py file was created using the save as feature in jupyter there are some comments that are not useful (for example this line or this one
2. Language related issues. There are some comments in Italian and some in English. It would be nice to have everything in one language to avoid confusion

Issue 1 is related only to the .py file while issue 2 is related to both.

There is also this line to be checked!

I will take care of these issues working on the .py file.
At the end I will convert the .py file into an updated .ipynb file using p2j and splitting the cells.
