feat: merge os-services and os-mktplace into os-catalog

As mentioned here https://github.com/goinfinite/os/issues/294#issuecomment-4215259275 we need to merge those two repos to avoid syncing two similar Git everyday. Also, we could move "stacks" from Marketplace to "Services" as those are not apps, but services.
