[feature request] ability to create a tunnel by supplying a config.json directly

exactly what the title says

i think there are many benefits to this such as allowing users to send ad domains to the abyss, only route known blocked sites through the proxy when in the gfw, etc.

is there anything preventing us from specifying our config.json directly?
