The backlog has been split so the top-level docs stay compact and authority stays clear.
Use these instead:
- Backlog Index for the active backlog split
- Operations Backlog for unimplemented operational work
- Usability Backlog for retrieval and CLI usability findings
- Open Decisions for high-leverage unresolved choices
- Future Ideas for out-of-scope product directions worth preserving
- Research Appendices for evidence and option space
If a topic is not part of the sharp basis, it should usually live under docs/backlogs/, docs/proposals/, or docs/research/, not in the roadmap.
The previous usability notes now live in docs/backlogs/usability.md.
