Bilibili downloads no longer working

bug description

Downloads from Bilibili worked fine until recently. Now, any attempt to download a Bilibili video returns "Couldn't find any media that I could download for you."

This happens in both Chrome and Edge.

reproduction steps

1. Copy link from Bilibili: https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1G99CByEdq
2. Fire up cobalt.tools and paste link.
3. Error message appears.
