Clouds Roadmap

• Add volumetric clouds based on clayjohn example(Forward render only) or SebLague example

• Add simple dynamic clouds(all renderers)

• Add panorama static clouds(all renderers)

• I don't have time to add flyable volumetric clouds right now. But I'll probably look for an optimal solution later.

• I will probably look for a solution based on SebLague's example.

Volumetric clouds move to milestone 1.1. I want the plugin to work well before adding more big features.
